Quality Guarantee
All products undergo quality control. If a manufacturing defect is found, we will replace the item or issue a full refund.
Return Conditions
Items are eligible for return if:
• Returned within 5 days of purchase;
• In original packaging, unused and undamaged;
• Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number.
Damaged or defective items may be exchanged within 5 days of receipt. The following items are non-returnable: food products, perfumes, personal hygiene items.
Exchange Process
To exchange an item, bring it to our store or contact us via Telegram to arrange courier return. If the same item is unavailable, a refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Warranty Periods
• Tableware & ceramics: 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects
• Electrical products: 12-month warranty
• Furniture & decor: 6-month warranty
• Other products: 30-day warranty
